REGISTERING GUESTS:
Everyone at Marine Colony welcomes guests of residents and nonresident owners alike. The Association has two major considerations making it necessary to register guests. One is security and the other is limited parking. Everyone on site must be identified along with all vehicles on site.
Owners/residents and their guests agree to the following:
Guest Registration Form must be completed and submitted to the Marine Colony Property Manager and his Assistant at least seven (7) days (one week) in advance of guest's arrival. (See emails below) Guest Parking Permit must be displayed on guest vehicle, if applicable.
Guests are expected to be familiar with MCCA Rules & Regulations. Owners are responsible for guests behavior.
If a resident/owner has a guest on site is it advisable that your guests share your parking space if your parking space will accommodate additional vehicles.
