Everyone at Marine Colony welcomes guests of residents and nonresident owners alike.  The Association has two major considerations making it necessary to register guests. One is security and the other is limited parking.  Everyone on site must be identified along with all vehicles on site. 
Owners/residents and their guests agree to the following:
  1. Guest Registration Form must be completed and submitted to the Marine Colony Property Manager at least seven (7) days (one week) in advance of guest's arrival.
  2. Upon arrival, guest must place a copy of completed Guest Registration form in the "Association Only" mailbox located at the building mailboxes.
  3. Parking pass must be displayed on guest vehicle if applicable.
  4. Guests are expected to be familiar with MCCA Rules & Regulations. It is strongly suggested that owners' keep a copy in their unit for reference. Owners are responsible for guests behavior.
  5. If a resident/owner has a guest on site is it advisable that your guests share your parking space if yur parking space will accommodate additional vehicles.
