DOCK RENTAL
Boat dockage is available only for the residents of Marine Colony.
Residents that rent dock space must provide proof of ownership with copy of proper and current registration/documentation (which must be kept current), including titled boat length. Proof of liability insurance minimum coverage of $100K naming Marine Colony Condominium Association, Inc as an "Additional Named Insured" must also be provided and kept current.
Dock rental is $5.00 per registered foot per month.
