Marine Colony welcomes responsible pet owners. 

 

Each unit is limited to two (2) domestic indoor pets.  Only one (1) small breed dog, not to exceed a weight of 20 pounds, is allowed.  Residents wishing to have a domestic dog must sign the Pet Agreement Form and place a two hundred dollar ($200.00) deposit to be held in escrow.  The deposit may be returned after two (2) years barring no incidents or violations of the pet rules.

 

All dogs and cats must be registered with the City of Pompano Beach and receive rabies vaccination in compliance with all city/county/state ordinances.

 

Pet owner is responsible for controlling any excessive noise caused by his/her pet.

 

Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside.  Pets are not allowed to run free and under no circumstances are allowed in the pool recreation areas or any common areas, including the outside pool deck or inside the clubroom.

 

Pet sitting is not allowed at any time.  Resident house guest or visitors may not at any time have a dog or any other pet at Marine Colony.

 

Dogs must be walked off property and when off property city ordinance mandates pick up and bagging of pet waste.  Be courteous and pick up after your pet. 

 

No reptiles are permitted.
