New Resident Approval
 
New owners or tenants must be approved prior to purchasing or moving into Marine Colony. 
 
All three items listed below must be received by Sunrise Management before the new resident approval process can begin. 
1. The MCCA new resident application
2. Criminal background & credit check application
3. Payment of processing fees
 
The processing fee for a new resident application is $150.00 and can be made by money order, cashier's check or cash.  Money orders or cashier's checks must be made payable to: Sunrise Management.  Personal checks or credit cards are not accepted forms of payment. 
 
Completed New Resident Applications and processing fee must be submitted by:
