ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES
All residents have assigned parking spaces. Due to the limited parking spaces available, assigned parking is strictly enforced.
RESIDENTS MAY NOT USE GUEST SPOTS AT ANY TIME Please Refer to the current Rules and Regulations for additional information.
PARKING PERMITS
Resident vehicles must be registered with the Association and have a parking permit displayed on the outside of the back rear window, driver's side, lower corner. All new residents receive parking permits at their Orientation Meeting. If you obtain a new vehicle please contact Alliance Property Systems and email them new description of your car and request a new decal. A yellow numbered decal must be displayed in right rear window if possible, if not front right window.
GUEST PARKING PERMITS
Any guest vehicle on site over three (3) days must display a guest parking permit. This "Guest" ID must be displayed in front mirror. Contact the Jason Hoffman @ jason@ppmfla.com or rache@ppmfla.com to request guest ID.
Effective March 1, 2025 - Any car in Marine Colony parking lots without a Resident Decal or Guest ID card will be towed at owner's expense.
PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN TAGGING AND TOWING OF VEHICLE.
VEHICLE OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TOWING CHARGES AND FEES.
