ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES
All residents have assigned parking spaces. Due to the limited parking spaces available, assigned parking is strictly enforced.
RESIDENTS MAY NOT USE GUEST SPOTS AT ANY TIME Please Refer to the current Rules and Regulations for additional information.
PARKING PERMITS
Resident vehicles must be registered with the Association and have a parking permit displayed on the outside of the back rear window, driver's side, lower corner. All new residents receive parking permits at their Orientation Meeting. If you obtain a new vehicle please contact the Association Secretary to record your new car and obtain a new parking permit.
GUEST PARKING PERMITS
Any guest vehicle on site over three (3) days must display a guest parking permit. Contact the Association Secretary to register a guest vehicle and obtain a guest parking permit.
PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN TAGGING AND TOWING OF VEHICLE.
VEHICLE OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TOWING CHARGES AND FEES.
