Monthly maintenance payment or monthly dock rental payment reminders
  • Payment is due on or before the 1st of every month
  • Payments received after the 10th of the month will be charged a $25 late payment fee.
  • If you own more than one unit or pay for dockage: separate payments must be made  for each account, no exceptions.
  • Multiple account payments made with one check will not be processed, check will be returned to the owner and may result in late fees being assessed.

 
Owners have four (4) convenient way to make their monthly payments:
  • Option 1: Payment by check with a payment coupon
  1. Make your check payable to Marine Colony Condominium Association, Inc.
  2. Include your 15 character account number exactly as it appears on your payment coupon with no spaces
  3. Sign your check, enclose the check and payment coupon in the envelope provided, place postage on the envelope and mail via USPS to JEA.
  4. If paying for more than one account: separate checks must be received for each account with each individual check identified with the 15 character account number as it appears on your payment coupon.
  • Option 2: Electronic payments (automatically deducted from your bank account)
  1. Complete the "Maintenance Fee Auto Debit Authorization Form" (click here for form)
  2. Make a copy of a voided check from your bank account
  3. Enclose the completed Maintenance Fee Auto debit Authorization Form" and copy of voided check and return to JEA for processing (by USPS or hand delivery).
  • Option 3: Payment on the Internet
  1. Make your payment online at www.homeownercpa.solutions with a credit card or E-check.
  2. Credit cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa.
  3. A processing fee will apply for Internet payments.
  • Option 4: Payment with your online or banking service
    • Online or bank bill pay is not an electronic payment
    • This method of payment is a paper check mailed via USPS from your bank to JEA
    • Funds are not withdrawn from your bank account until the paper check has been received at JEA and processed
    • Your account may show a deduction but the date the check is received and processed at JEA is the actual date of payment
    • This method of payment requires an additional 5-7 days processing time. It is advised to schedule your payment on or before the 22nd of the prior month to ensure timely delivery and processing
    • Allow additional delivery time during holiday periods
  1. Instruct your bank to make your check payable to Marine Colony Condominium Association, Inc.
  2. Provide your bank with your 15 digit account number exactly as it appears on your payment coupon and instruct your bank to print your account number on your check.
  3. Since your payment is being mailed from your bank without a payment coupon allow and extra 5-7 days for processing.
