Maintenance Fees- How to Pay

ClickPay Instructions

Monthly Maintenance Fee or monthly Dock rental payment reminders:

Payment is due on or before the 1st of every month
Payments received after the 10th of the month will be charged a $25 late payment fee.
If you own more than one unit or pay for dockage: separate payments must be made for each account, no exceptions.
Multiple account payments made with one check will not be processed, check will be returned to the owner and may result in late fees being assessed.
