Clubhouse reservations are a privilege of every resident living on site at Marine Colony. All residents making a reservation request must agree to the following conditions:
- Clubhouse cannot be reserved on holidays.
- Smoking is prohibited inside Clubhouse.
- Reserving the Clubhouse does not prohibit other residents from using the general pool area.
- Glassware of any type is STRICTLY prohibited outside the Clubhouse itself. This includes beverage glasses, bottles, dishes, etc.
- If the affair involves use of the pool, swimming attire may not be worn inside the Clubhouse except to and from, and inside the kitchen.
- A damage deposit fee of $200.00 is required, check payable to Marine Colony Condominium Association, Inc. Please deposit your check in the Marine Colony Association mailbox, located in each building, 1340 & 2800. SEE ATTACHED FORM FOR DETAILS.
- Processing of Clubhouse reservation request will not begin until damage deposit is received. SEE ATTACHED FOR FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. A minimum of seven (7) days notice is required for Clubhouse reservations.
