CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS: CONTACT MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Clubhouse reservations are a privilege of every resident living on site at Marine Colony. All residents making a reservation request must agree to the following conditions:
- Clubhouse cannot be reserved on holidays.
- Smoking is prohibited inside clubhouse.
- Reserving the clubhouse does not prohibit other residents from using the general pool area.
- Glassware of any type is STRICTLY prohibited outside the clubhouse itself. This includes beverage glasses, bottles, dishes, etc.
- If the affair involves use of the pool, swimming attire may not be worn inside the clubhouse except to and from, and inside the kitchen.
- A $200 damage deposit fee must accompany request. Processing of clubhouse reservation request will not begin until damage deposit is received. If clubhouse damages should exceed amount of damage deposit, applicant will be invoiced. Failing collection, the owner of the unit will be assessed in the manner prescribed by the Association Documents.
- Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. A minimum of seven (7) days notice is required for clubhouse reservations.
- Damage deposit checks must be made payable to: Marine Colony Condo Assoc., Inc.
Completed Clubhouse Reservation Form and $200 damage deposit must be returned to the Marine Colony Property Manager. Property Manager contact information can be found on bulletin boards located at building mailboxes and next to the pool.
